Resolution within 15 business days

Reach out to us directly with your complaint. Our team will acknowledge your grievance within 2 business days and work towards resolution within 15 business days.

Escalate to AMFI

If your complaint is not resolved satisfactorily at Level 1, or if you have not received a response within 15 business days, you may escalate to the Association of Mutual Funds in India (AMFI).

If the matter remains unresolved after escalation to AMFI, you can lodge a complaint on the SEBI Complaint Redress System (SCORES).
