How to File a Grievance
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our services or have a complaint regarding your mutual fund investments, you can reach out to us through the following channels.
Information to Include in Your Complaint
- Your full name and registered contact details
- Folio number or account reference (if applicable)
- Nature of the complaint with specific details
- Date(s) of the transaction or event in question
- Supporting documents (transaction receipts, screenshots, correspondence)
- Expected resolution or remedy sought

We follow a structured three-level escalation process to ensure every complaint is addressed appropriately.

Escalate to AMFI
If your complaint is not resolved satisfactorily at Level 1, or if you have not received a response within 15 business days, you may escalate to the Association of Mutual Funds in India (AMFI).

If the matter remains unresolved after escalation to AMFI, you can lodge a complaint on the SEBI Complaint Redress System (SCORES). SCORES is a centralised web-based grievance redressal system through which SEBI handles investor complaints against listed companies and SEBI-registered intermediaries.
