Rights of Investors
As an investor, you are entitled to the following rights when dealing with Infiniti Financial Services:
- Receive fair, transparent, and unbiased advice free from any conflict of interest
- Access complete information about the products being recommended, including risks, costs, and fees
- Know the ARN registration details and credentials of the distributor handling your investments
- Receive timely and accurate account statements, transaction confirmations, and portfolio reports
- Lodge complaints through the grievance redressal mechanism and receive timely resolution
- Have your personal and financial data protected with appropriate confidentiality measures
- Change or discontinue the services of the distributor at any time
Responsibilities of Investors
To ensure a smooth and productive relationship, investors are expected to:
- Provide accurate and complete personal, financial, and KYC information as required
- Read and understand all scheme-related documents (SID, SAI, KIM) before making investment decisions
- Disclose risk tolerance, investment horizon, and financial goals accurately for appropriate product recommendation
- Keep nomination details updated and inform the distributor of any changes in personal or contact information
- Review account statements and transaction confirmations regularly and report discrepancies promptly
- Make all payments through proper banking channels (cheque, demand draft, or online transfer) in favour of the AMC, and never issue cash or cheques in the name of the distributor
Grievance Redressal Process
We are committed to resolving investor grievances promptly and fairly. Investors can follow the escalation process outlined below:
Level 1 — Contact Us Directly

Level 2 — AMFI
If unresolved, escalate to AMFI at www.amfiindia.com.
Level 3 — SEBI SCORES
If still unresolved, file a complaint on the SEBI SCORES portal at scores.sebi.gov.in.
Dos for Investors
- Always deal with SEBI-registered intermediaries and AMFI-registered mutual fund distributors
- Verify the ARN number of the distributor before investing
- Read all scheme-related documents (SID, SAI, KIM) carefully before investing
- Ensure KYC compliance is completed before making investments
- Issue cheques or make payments only in the name of the AMC, not the distributor
- Keep records of all investment transactions and account statements
- Update nominee details and contact information regularly
Don'ts for Investors
- Do not fall for promises of guaranteed or assured returns on mutual fund investments
- Do not invest based solely on past performance or tips from unverified sources
- Do not hand over cash to distributors for investment purposes
- Do not sign blank forms or documents; always verify details before signing
- Do not share your login credentials, OTP, or passwords with anyone, including the distributor
- Do not ignore communications from AMCs, registrars, or regulatory bodies regarding your investments
- Do not delay in reporting unauthorized transactions or discrepancies in your account
